Resources of the Linguistic Convergence Laboratory

One of the aims of the Linguistic Convergence Laboratory is creating language resources. In cooperation with other researchers we collect data for dictionaries, develop spoken corpora of bilingual, dialect, and regional varieties of Russian, as well as minority languages of Russia. In addition, we also develop resources for quantitative research on language contact and the distribution of various grammatical features in Daghestan, Russia’s most multilingual region.
